The next guest speaker, Chris Palmer, Dean of Theosu Seminary, spoke Saturday morning. Chris is a Greek scholar and spent the morning taking us through the gospels and the book of Revelation. He brought a fresh perspective to the New Testament by approaching scripture as literature and a story.

He delves into the culture of the times when the New Testament was written. How the writers would illustrate a point in scripture by placing a story where they wanted it and effect was more important than chronology.

His fascinating presentation of the gospels and Revelation gives us new insight into reading the Word and is worth watching over and over again!
