Wrapping up this amazing Encounter Weekend was another great message by Pastor John Finochio. The subject of this message was Principles of Process. He talked about the differences between events and processes. He pointed out that events encourage decisions, but process encourages development. Events motivate but process matures.
"A process is designed to sustain a surge that a well-timed anointed event brings to us." He encouraged us to stick with decisions made during an anointing or encounter event.
