Thrive in '25

Have you ever found yourself accepting and being comfortable with just surviving the day? I know I have. With so much going on in life, family, work, and the constant flow of information and news, it can be overwhelming, and the temptation is to find normalcy in that. However, in those moments, I remember how BIG my God is and how much He wants to fill me with Himself, His joy, His love, His life, His grace, and His presence so that I don't just survive but THRIVE. I believe we often are satisfied with too little. I believe God is prompting us to remember His greatness and believe and pray for big things.

Church of Grace has called 22653 Old Canal Rd. home for almost 20 years, and we are thankful to God for His faithful provision. As you may know, we are leasing the building and I believe God has something different and better for us. We are dreaming big and know that God has a building we can own picked out for us! With this in mind, I feel led to launch a financial pledge campaign for next year. I am calling it Thrive In ‘25. This campaign’s main goal is to raise money to invest in our current facility and prepare for our future building that will be a blessing to the community and serve families for generations to come (or until Jesus returns).

Church of Grace is uniquely positioned for the last days and I know God will use our people to accomplish great things for His Glory and Kingdom. We are a charismatic church and value and desire gracious gifts from His Spirit. We are a teaching church and we pursue sound doctrine so that we may grow and be equipped to stand for the faith. We are a place of grace for those who are weary, have difficult pasts, and traumatic experiences that they may find rest and healing for their souls. Through our strategic Ministries, such as Small Groups, Growth Track, and Team Grace, we are positioned to meet human needs for meaning, value, purpose, and difference-making. I am content, but not satisfied. I desire more from God and I believe He wants us as families, individuals, and as a church, to Thrive in ‘25! Let's embrace this mindset together and be excited about the endless opportunities before us to make a difference in the world.
