This message, given by Pastor Tom, is Part Two in his series on Gideon. He continues his story about Gideon in Judges 7, describing how God whittled Gideon's army down from 32,000 to 300. Pastor Tom points out that God's reason for doing this was to have Gideon rely on Him for victory and to ensure that all the credit went to Him. The story of Gideon illustrates that when God calls you to do something, rise up with the gifts he has given you, and He will empower you with whatever you need to do it. When you don't feel qualified to do what God asks, you then become dependent on God, and your faith grows.
May you be blessed by hearing this message, and accept victory in whatever assignment God gives you.
