Pastor Tom lists excuses people give for not needing to tithe and refutes them with the truth from God's Word. He points out that tithing is a witness that Jesus lives. Hebrews 7:8 - Here mortal men receive tithes, but there He receives them, of whom it is witnessed that He lives. (NKJV)
