This special Mother's Day message titled "The Power of Story," was delivered by Pastor Josh. He tells us that God created us to be storytellers, and it is through stories that we make sense of our world, as they give us the answers to who we are, why we are here, and what life is all about. The story of the Gospel is the greatest story on earth and helps connect our personal stories to the big story in scripture. Pastor Josh gave two points regarding the Power of Story: 1.) Stories shape us, 2.) We are equipped to pass along our stories of faith and courage. He cited several stories of women (mothers) who were examples of faith, devotion, and courage.
