Anything we do for God today is simply the fruit, or Overflow, of His work in us." Pastor Josh continues his series on Overflow with this week's message titled, Theology of Gift. He emphasizes that gifts are not rewards, they are received and Satan causes people to question the Giver.
All gifts of God are eclipsed by the gift of Jesus Himself. Romans 5:15 - "But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God's Grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many." In this message, Pastor Josh provides a list of how we should respond to the gifts of God. "To be filled with the Spirit is to be filled with an awareness (gratitude) for all the gifts God has given us."
