Church of Grace is designed to help people  "make a difference." Our goal is for each person to have a personal worship experience at every service.

We are known for being a church with excellent Bible teaching and friendly, accepting people with a deep desire to serve God and the community.

At Church of Grace we have three high priorities:

1) Moving worship experience

2) Faith-strengthening Bible teaching

3) Excellent programs for children, junior high and senior high youth

Because so many people have a desire to learn more of the Bible and God's ways, Dr. Tom Barkey utilizes his skill of verse-by-verse teaching to help people grow in their relationship with God. Dr. Barkey's style is down to earth, animated, and visual; often calling on the Drama Ministry to assist him in communicating his message by using skits. Dr. Barkey's ability to put truth into practical terms helps to change people's lives. Many people believe that Dr. Barkey is one of today's finest Bible teachers.

At Church of Grace we feel strongly that everything must be done in a biblical way that promotes growth in our relationship with God. We are a Spirit-filled church and therefore believe in, and experience, the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We are aware of the abuses that have occurred in some churches, and the bad reputation Charismatics and Pentecostals have with some people. It is our goal to assure you that nothing happens out of order or out of pure emotions. We give you our personal guarantee that when you come to Grace, you, your family, and your friends will experience a Spirit-filled service that is not manufactured or fake.

We often see people receive their healing, words of knowledge, and prophetic words by the Holy Spirit through our pastor and other leaders. In order to promote a pure grace experience at church, it is important that only recognized leaders minister in such a manner. We are very sensitive to people who have never experienced a Spirit-filled service or who have only heard bad things about such churches. We believe you will see that we are not such a church and that you will enjoy Church of Grace
